THE CHINESE RENDITION CASE.
The case against the three men who are charged with robbery and murder within the Jurisdiction of the Emperor of China and whose rendition is asked by the Chinese Government was recommenced at the Magistracy this forenoon.

Mr Wodehouse-The last evidence taken in this case was that of Inspector Quincey, which was to the effect that the witness, Leung Ayou, had been charged before the Police Magistrate with a crime arising out of this case, that evidence had been taken before the Magistrate, that the case stood remanded, that the charge brought was perjury and that the witness was being prosecuted by Mr Dennys as private prosecutor. After hearing that evidence I asked for the opinion of the representatives
